What web forwarding allows you to do is register a sensible domain name and nothing else—there’s no hosting to be paid for—and to have that domain name point to the address at which your web pages are really hosted. You can then quite happily tell people that your web site is at an easy-to-remember address (e.g., and when users enter this address in the browser’s address bar, your pages will be delivered successfully.
